I have a deep appreciation for the nurturing and healing effects of individualized support informed by therapeutic relationship, neuroscience, trauma-informed care, yoga therapy and Ayurveda. I have experienced profound healing first hand on my own journey with yoga, and I have witnessed beautiful transformations through my work with clients.
I find that we can be more tender with ourselves and others at the intersections of our being, where mind meets heart and heart meets body. Yoga therapy provides the space to explore these intersections in a holistic and integrative way.
Through my training and experience, I have come to specialize in anxiety, depression, mood disorders, trauma, chronic pain, and nervous system regulation. I am passionate about integrative healing that addresses mind and body together, particularly within a larger social system that encourages the separation of these parts of our being. When we focus on only the body or only the mind in our healing models, we can miss important aspects of the process of healing.
I’m so looking forward to meeting you and supporting you through your tender journey of healing.
